Exponential decay

Unfortunately I have followed the majority of people who attempt blogging: the number of posts dropped exponentially to zero... Perhaps I should switch to Facebook so interaction with friends will stimulate my blogging? I will give myself a couple of days to consider the options as going on Facebook is quite a public show off.

I'm lost in action!

Hi guys! Since I have started my new job I really don't have time to write posts... I will try to improve and put up some pics from NYC or Stockholm.

The Bourne Ultimatum

Good portion of adrenaline and entertainment! Bourne is certainly my favourite special agent, even if he makes my life looking terribly boring. Perhaps some of you have seen the movie already or you have been to London so you remember that the CCTV cameras exploited by CIA in the movie are actually real. The UK and London citizens seem to be the most 'watched' population on the planet. According to BBC news UK accounts for about 1% of world's population but for 25% of all CCTV! Certainly London is not the best place for a lost agent to hide.

The Queen at Imperial

Today the Queen bestows Royal Charter that declares Imperial an independent university. Until now Imperial was actually a part of the University of London, so graduating at Imperial you were getting a diploma from the University of London. Taking into account that Imperial is considered to be better it was not a good deal. Since the Queen is not used to walk through empty streets or corridors without receiving a proper amount of attention a number of Imperial staff was asked to gather along the Royal route and cheer at the view of Her Majesty. I have jointed the folk and took those pictures for your amusement!

The Queen assisted by the rector, behind His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh and
Her Highness Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al-Missned of Qatar

And going back, she does not look impressed by the flowers someone offered her

And the departure from the main entrance to Imperial in Exhibition Road

Burgers links

Since I like burgers a lot I added some links to burger restaurants in London plus my star rating. Of course I make the best ones ;-) but not everyone had chance to try them yet. In the meantime check out some of the recommended places so you will have something to challenge my burgers against. Bon Appétit!
